La Palma Bus Tour

Take a seat on our comfortable tour bus and explore La Palma’s cultural and natural beauty for a day.

La Palma, known as La Isla Bonita and formerly as San Miguel de La Palma, is an island filled with beautiful landscapes that will charm you.

It is the second most elevated island after Tenerife with an altitude of 2,428 meters (at Roque de los Muchachos). It is also the fifth largest island in the Canary Islands in terms of size and population.

It was declared a Biosphere Reserve in 2002 by UNESCO and has one of the three marine reserves and one of the four national parks of the Canary archipelago; the Caldera de Taburiente National Park.

This is an unforgettable tour because of the cultural richness and natural beauty that can be found in La Palma.

We will start our day by bus, with a stop in the island’s capital, Santa Cruz de la Palma .

You can admire the traditional Canarian wooden balconies on the fronts of the town’s mansions as you stroll through the cobbled streets.

We will then continue our tour by bus to the ” barco de la virgen”, a ship reproduction of the Santa Maria on which Christopher Columbus discovered America.

The tour will continue with the discovery of another iconic place of the capital: the Castillo de Santa Catalina, whose architecture is very similar to the Castillo de San Cristobal located in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

Our next stop is the Mirador de la Concepción.

This viewpoint, located on the highest part of the Caldereta volcano, will allow you to observe the crater and the capital of La Palma in a unique way.

For lunch, we suggest eating in Tazacorte. This charming port village is home to the only museum in Europe dedicated to the banana, one of the Canary Islands’ main fruits.

Finally, we will go to the Tajuya viewpoint where you can observe the Cumbre Viaja volcano, which erupted in September 2021, after a 50-year rest.

Documentation: ID documentation required. Participants must bring their ID or passport, which will be required to board the ferry. Boarding may be denied without it.
