We guarantee you the best online prices. Should you find a lower price online for the same activity, dates and provider, we will refund you twice the difference.

You can find information about the meeting point at the bottom of the activity page, as well as on the confirmation email you received at the time of the booking. Should you have any questions about the destination, please feel free to contact the person in charge of the excursion by calling the phone number on the confirmation email.

You must bring a copy of the confirmation that has been sent to you by email. Some activities accept e-tickets. Please read it carefully so you know whether you need to print your voucher out or present it directly on your mobile phone.

In case some documents are required, it will be written on the confirmation email. For example, if you have booked an excursion involving a vehicle, you might certainly bring your driving license.

No, animals are not allowed on the activities.

However, please note that when booking in advance on our website, you secure your reservation for the most popular activities in the island.

Payment conditions are established by each service provider. In most cases, you will only have to pay a deposit at the moment of booking. The remaining amount due must be paid in cash on the day of the activity or excursion. For excursions to Siam Park or Loro Parque, full payment is required at the moment of booking.

Yes, indeed, payment is 100% safe and directly guaranteed by our bank, BBVA. Triptenerife does not have access to your CC details at any time.

Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with all the information about the activity.

Yes, indeed, you just have to fill out the form with the other person’s contact details at the moment of the booking. Please note that both the confirmation email and the e-ticket will be sent to the email address entered into the online form.

3. Private service and groups

The good thing about organizing a private excursion is mainly the flexibility in terms of schedule. Plus, your group will be accompanied by a personal guide during the whole excursion. Yes, indeed, in case you are coming to Tenerife as a group (between 6 to 20 people, generally).

4. Cancellation

Each service provider established its own cancellation policies. You can cancel the Tourist Service by calling one of the phone numbers provided. Cancellations must be made up to 48 hours before the service starts, unless otherwise stated by the services provider or the destination itself. Should you cancel before the date of the service, you will be charged the corresponding cancellation fees, if applicable. Excursion Trip Tenerife S.L. will refund you the deposit, from which will be deducted the corresponding cancellation fees established by the service provider.

Activities take place all year round. In case the excursion is cancelled due to severe weather conditions, you will have the option to postpone it to another date or ask for a full refund.
